		<description>I can't say if its half of the Koran but the Koran does cover dealing with women a lot.
There is a lot that is needed to be done and there is some forward movement but its not easy since it is resisted. The hardest part whether you believe it or not a majority oppose change so its hard.</description>

I had several Muslim friends from Africa. Now Africa is not as strict as the Arab nations. And my African Muslim friends did not think too highly of the Arab Muslims because they were so strict, especially when it came to women. 

They tell me (and I do not know if this is true because I have never read it myself) that half of the Koran is how to deal with women. And they found this a bit humorous because they knew and understood a basic truth: &lt;i&gt;If you treat a women, a person, with respect, you will get that respect back ten fold&lt;/i&gt;.</description>
